Had a fantastic trip with friends! We visited the Royal Albert Hall and saw the daytime Circus shows, both just a few stops away on the Tube. Great location for experiencing key attractions. Keep in mind rooms can be small and basic, but if you're out exploring, it’s a good option.
Our only issue was waiting too long for the reception to help with a broken hairdryer. It wasn't fixed quickly, which was a bit frustrating.

Recommend it for family with children
The location is perfect for family outings, just a short walk from Victoria station. Plus, the friendly staff really made us feel at home when we checked in, which is a big help when dragging kids behind.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but acceptable given the convenience.

I enjoyed the great location near Victoria Station. It made getting around super easy. The staff were polite and helpful, responding quickly when I needed assistance. The room had a decent level of cleanliness, and the bedding was comfortable, which helped with sleep. However, the room was quite small, even for London standards. I had to maneuver around the bed just to get my suitcase in. The lack of a lift was a hassle, especially on the upper floors. Breakfast was basic, with only a limited selection, and I wished there were more options. The common areas felt a bit outdated and could use some updating. The bathroom had some cleanliness inconsistencies, which were disappointing. Overall, I left feeling that for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and amenities.
